what size is the chip in my player?
 

Guys the player i am supposed to have is a 4GB can anyone please tell me the correct size with the info below

How do i return the player to its original state

I did see in a post it was suggested that to return it to its original state was to format the player

I have done this and the player still states 3.98GB

If you have MP3 Player Utilities installed open the MP3 Disk Tool and go to the Partition Encrypt tab and move the slider all the way right and then back left and press start. This will rebuild the partition and the drive should read it's correct size.

If you do not have MP3 Player Utilities you can download it from the Downloads>Tools section
