Tracanas, Have a look on your player at Settings>Firmware Version, what version is your firmware?
Also go to Settings>Online mode and make sure it is set to Normal only.

Tracanas, Basically your firmware is version 3.2.16 which should extract without any problems. Try connecting your player and holding down the play button while you run s1fwx to extract.
