Default Made a purchase from ComputerCityInc and Blown-Z

I just made a purchase from Computercityinc.com a couple of hours ago before discovering this site. I want to know what possible options I have right now. I just sent them an email telling them I want my order canceled because I know they are selling hacked players which are not of advertised memory. I also warned them that if they did ship it out that I would not be paying the COD. I want to know what possible choices I have if they ship out the product before they read the email. Can I choose not to pay the COD price when the UPS truck comes? Am I covering my ass enough or is there anything else I need to know.
Also, about a 13 days ago I won 3 mp4 players from the seller blown-z. I sent a MO and on the 8th day it was shipped I emailed him asking if the MO had came and he said it had not yet. It is obviously a blatant lie. I demanded a refund and that he not even bother send the mp4 players because I know the memory of the players would not be of advertised. I also filed a dispute on Ebay. I have kept the receipt of the MO and wonder if I can use it to get a refund even if Blown-Z may have already cashed it.

Is there any advice you kind members of this board can give me?

Computercityinc is:
Jun, Xin dwang2@tampabay.rr.com
COMPUTERCITYINC.COM
305 ocean drive
Atlanta, Georgia 30301
United States
7036562094
Don't know if the last is a phone number, mail him at the above tampabay email, might speed things up now you know his name. As for blown-z, check the topics about the blacklist and others, where people describe how to get a hold of him. He is also placing posts here too, as blown-z. Are your postoffices still open on saturday? If not, no worry about it being in the mail before wednesday due to Christmas?

Thanks. Ever since I have told Blown-Z that I know he is selling hacked players he has stopped responding. He has responded to the dispute only once so I'm guessing he's trying to stall as long as possible. What should I do to get him to respond?

You could send him a PM through this forum, he will receive an email telling him he got one. Mention to ebay he won't respond, they are the ones dearest to him, because he makes his money there. The more people start disputes, the better chance ebay is going to see the pattern.

I think I just got burned by blown-z. I just bought what I thought was a 1GB MP4 player. I got it today and tried to load songs on it. Windows thinks it has 1GB, but after trying to copy that much to it, most of the songs are corrupted. I think it might be a 256MB player. Here's the auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...1988&rd=1&rd=1

After reading the item's listing again, I saw "1 gigabit of memory" near the bottom in small print.

This seller needs to be stopped.

I hope you get your money back macdre007

Yea but the thing is I didn't buy it through paypal. I sent a money order and it still denies receiving it which I know isn't true because I have sent many MO's and the longest it ever took was 6 days. I sent him an email on the 11th day I sent it and he denied receiving it. Now it's been 14 days and he hasn't responded to any email as of yet.
