impeeza, Are you saying that you have paid for the players twice because the boxes arrived empty and now he wants you to pay more to ship missing parts?

impeeza

What's the seller's name and link to the auction? I think we need to put this person in the blacklist.

I would be intersted in reading this feedback. I bet he's conning you out of your money.

Dear friends,

I just received a 4Gb MP4 from ebritain on ebay. Do you think I have been frauded.

May be you can help me as when I try to play an MP3 file it says format error even though I never formatted the MP4.
Do you think I should do a firmware installation?

Details: Device name S1 MP3 Player
Productor: Wilson Co. Ltd
Version: 9.0.50

Best regards

aaaabbbb,
You should read the guide to remove the memory hack that is most likely on your player.
The guide is here: Guide

I agree, I haven't been scammed but I would be more than willing to sign it. I bet there are many more users that would do so also.

Hi
new member to the site but have been watching and reading for a while.
i have signed the petition as i to was scammed by EBay and buy_lowest.

i am lucky though as i only paid £19,49 ($40) dollars for my player so the money issue was not the problem. it just made my blood boil about the whole thing.

of course i complained to EBay (no response!!) and raised a claim with paypal.
my good news is that i WON!! wohooo!!!
Yes paypal found in my favor of me so does this mean that they now accept that there is a scam/problem on ebay with these players.

i intend to still converse with ebay and paypal and ask why they found in my favor.
just because i won does not mean i will stop my fight against these sellers and ebay and paypal.
i will not withdraw my feedback either and will continue to inform as many people as i can who are bidding on these players, with a hope that word will spread.
i have also tried to get the BBC TV program 'watchdog' involved, this is a consumer rights tv show on the UK biggest TV channel - will keep you posted as to how that goes
many thanks for this site
keep up the good work
