Another battery problem

I have just brought a Full Metal Platinum iPod clone 1,5 – 1GB. The battery doesn’t seem to charge well. The Firmware is 9.0.49 so I don’t have any tool for changing it.

I have an older player I would like to swap battery with, but I can’t find out how to take out the battery of the IPod clone. I guess there is a simple way, but I’m afraid of breaking it :x

Does anyone know?
