Default 30GB mp4 player on ebay

I came across this on ebay, I just wanted to know should I buy or not. $150 for that is a really good price. But it does seem fishy since they don't have any actual pictures of the player itself.

Very interesting find.

USD$149.99 is pretty good price. Though alittle suspcious of the "30GB HD memory".

It plays .AMV as well, so looks like an ACTIONS chipset. I haven't seen an Actions chip player with 2.5" screen though, so that's interesting.

I noticed some asked about the "click touch sensitive wheel" and the seller said it does. I have yet to see a MPx player with a touch sensitive wheel though.

I didn't notice any negative feedback about that product, however the seller only has a feedback rating of "39" so it seems like a new seller (or an old trader creating another eBay account...?).

i'll be wary of such high capacity non-branded players though. Take a look at this ad http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250054742196

The seller lists it as a 60GB harddrive. Ends up as a 2GB flash chip! And refunded half the amount, which works out to be US$130 for a 2GB player. More expensive than in the stores i think.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

Isn't the clickwheel a closely guarded copyrighted technology of Apple's? Has anyone seen a non-Apple player with a clickwheel that looks and works similar to Apple's? Whos company hasn't had the pants sued off of them? Its a nice idea but I'd be suspicious of such a player; ie. if it was really an HD in there, and how reliable might it all be, being a knockoff and all? Even the APPLE HD unit isn,t said to be very reliable!

We have already had members scammed by these players, they have a hacked 1GB chip.
