Your kidding right? No seriously. So we are to tip toe around some things so we don't jeperdise the sponser?

So its ok to point out whos got bad selling practises on ebay but its not ok to point out who owns the trademark name Nano. Its ok to point out sellers on ebay who mispresent their products, but its not ok to draw a comparison to Apple's iPod NANO Mini and Uxcell's Baby NANO.

Sort of ironic don't you think?

The only way you can take away someones right to speech is to ban them.

The average click through commission is 2%. So on a sale of 23.99 its a whopping 47 cents. Amazing what some people will do for spare change. I never knew censorship came so cheap - amazing what you can buy for 47 cents.

You've got to be kidding, "not allowed to jeperdise the uxcell adverts" - oh Plexo, who's not allowing to post what your selling?

"not allowed to jeperdise the uxcell adverts".... oh please..................

actually i was kinda serious i keep getting my posts edited out, first day i signed up ere i got an email saying to not do it, also this site isnt getting commision its on a flat rate.

also admin why wont you reply to my pm's about sponsoring? you dont trust me? :P

I'm sure Binh has his reasons for doing things. I'm not siding anyone, but every owner/co-ordinator of a company/organisation/website/forum would choose the best interests of the things they are taking charge of.

When a certain organisation is sponsored, the co-ordinator needs to ensure that only the sponser's advertisements appear and not others. That's a basic agreement that every sponser would require the co-ordinator to do.
Think of it this way, if you were a sponser on a site, but you find others soliciting for the same business as you do, you naturally would not be happy about it.

When an organisation accepts multiple sponsers, the initial sponser might not like the idea as the exposure would be lessen due to multiple sponsers, and might chose not to renew the sponsership for another term. But this my assumption and I may be wrong.

It all boils down to the best interests of the organisation, and I'm sure Binh would have thought about it seriously and chose not to accept more sponsers, or perhaps is still considering.

Although everyone has the freedom of speech, the owner/moderators of the forum would ultimately decide on the rules of posting. They naturally reserve the rights to edit or remove any postings that they feel should not be posted. Afterall, the owner owns the site.

Well, my two cents. Sorry for going off topic to the main thread.

Maybe back to topic? xD >_<

Someone that knows if this player has any problems with the Firmware and stuff? and is there any firmware for it?

Thanx..

deepakrr 19th Jan 2007 9:45 pm

like i said before, one cant estimate what firmware it is unless we purchase it and see or unless UXCell has a standard firmware for all it players. so i think the admin will be able to help you out.

one more thing i would like to tell you is that make sure that your country does not impose import duties/tax. otherwise you may end up paying almost the double or whatever your country imposes on it.
