Is UXcell full metal platinum a good quality player?

I want to buy a new mp3/4 because the one that i bought from ebay is dead.

I saw in Uxcell the Full Metal Platinum 1.8 and i want to know if a good quality one, i dont want another piece of crap.
Any advise what to buy.
