Looking for my model to upgrade the firmware

I need to know how I can know my exactly model to upgrade the firmware.

the product is a 4gb mp3mp4player

It´s normally than the large files (more than 100mb) could have problems transmissions?

Some times the tree folders crash, and duplicate the folders and files... what happened?

There is a new version of the firmware? which is the exactly name/number?

Also, do not perform any firmware upgrades. As it will very likely kill your player. Your current version is v9.0.50, which at this moment is almost impossible to recover if killed.
