Default Looking for my model to upgrade the firmware

Hi there!

I need to know how I can know my exactly model to upgrade the firmware.

the product is a 4gb mp3mp4player

http://cgi.ebay.es/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...1590&rd=1&rd=1

The firmware info (surfing in the mp3mp4player) is:
ACT2097_S72_1
2006/04/25
9.0.50
2006/10/30

Devic name: S1 Mp3 player
Productor: Wilson Co. Ltd.

Itīs normally than the large files (more than 100mb) could have problems transmissions?

Some times the tree folders crash, and duplicate the folders and files... what happened?

There is a new version of the firmware? which is the exactly name/number?

Thankyou for your help

cheers
malak

malak , from your symptoms, there is a likely memory hack. Try formatting your player first, the guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html

Also, do not perform any firmware upgrades. As it will very likely kill your player. Your current version is v9.0.50, which at this moment is almost impossible to recover if killed.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29
