17mb of space ! where is the 2gb

please can someone help my mp3/4 player is meant to have 2gb of memory but according to memory info and also when connecting to pc claims total memory of 17mb please help

JUBBLYRAY, You may have the Partition Encrypt feature enabled. Go to the players settings menu and select online mode and make sure it is set to normal only. Then connect your player and open the MP3 Player Disk tool and go to the Partition Encrypt tab and move the slider all the way left and press start.
