using S1fwx tool

I have tried to extract the firmware from my player using the S1fwx tool but when I get to the last bit "repair of dump.bin using repair.bat it does not complete and comes up with error.
Im a "newbie" at this, so any help would be much appreciated.

amcbiker, s1fwx will only work on firmware up to 9.0.43. I would say yours is a 9.048, 9.0.50 or higher. A new tool is being developed for these versions but unknown when it will be released.
