yup, it probably did damage your firmware. well, maybe one thing could be that for the people making these, it probably isn't a labor of love? i mean, its probably just a job for them. not really pushing the envelope in terms of quality, innovation, etc, like what apple does. maybe if someone from the forums can get work there, he/she can turn out firmware that runs much more smoothly and is far more intuitive, and, LOOKS BETTER. lol
