I own one personally, and I really like it. The only con about it is that even though you charge it for a long time it doesnt last as much as needed. But everything else is great, the FM radio, mp3 player, AMV player and etc.
I got my blue one for 40 bucks, but my brothers got theirs for like 30 it all depends on the bidders, they are advertised as 2GB but mine just came out to a little less than 1GB which isn't bad for 40 dollars, an Ipod shuffle that is like 1GB is 70 dollars without a screen and so on.
The controls are a little hard at first but you get use to them..

So did you buy your hacked player from getcoolgadgets or from someone else? I'm alittle confused why you would advise to buy from getcoolgadgets that's all.

Ah well, even though the memory came out a little less than advertised from getcoolgadgets. the price for the item isnt bad even if it was a 1GB. And from most other people we've tried to buy from a lot of the "2GB" came out to be like 512 MBs.


I hope the clears it up.

I also had an issue though with the partition slider stuff, at my brothers it let me slide to 1900+ but on this computer it only let me go to 1000 MB. Do you know what's up with that?

Relikk , if you had already formatted the player and cleared the memory hack, your player's memory chip partition table would read as 1GB. So the slider can only go upto 1GB.

Well this was before I did the format.

That's why I was curious to why on his comp it went to 1900+ and on my comp it went to 1000.
