I am thinking of importing Rockchip players to the US

What does everyone think about these Rockchip players?

I am looking at the VT-863 because it is the most astetically pleasing to me.

This is another player I am looking at with a 1.8" TFT and Action chipset

Also, does anyone know how much a 2GB chip goes for wholesale? I am trying to figure out what memory config to order them with. The manufacture is charging $13 to upgrade from 128MB to 2GB.

I think that VT-868 looks better than the VT-863 does. VT-868 look's like a Teclast t29, or is it a teclast? :)

It would be cool if you imported name brands such as Teclast and Ramos to name a couple. Due to the support for the players readily available from internet websites. The main problem with the mp4 players here is there are no brands or part numbers so its difficult to upgrade and or repaired once bricked.

I will have to get more pictures but I did a quick search and it seems like a popular item at first glance. It is a bit more expensive. It is a knockoff with the rockchip 2606A chipset.

Thanks, I will be careful. I have friends in China and Hong Kong who can do the purchasing for me.

Charge 13 for upgrade 128 to 2GB sound like hacking memomy the "Upgrade" sound like a scam, beware of getting with a bounch of 128MB players and can't sell it.
