How long before firmware gets uploaded?

I only found one fw in the 3.5.37 downloads that sort of works with my player. I am wondering if I just need to wait a few more months before more people upload theirs? Or is it likely this is all I will ever find? The player was bought 5 months ago and the chip says it was made 8 months ago.

maybe that player was sold only in that region so not many people are having it.

could you list the full details mentioned in the Firmware version option in Settings

Unfortunately I wiped out the original firmware when I started trying out new firmwares and I did not do any backup.....

I am in the usa and the player was shipped from hong kong. i suppose ill wait a few more months to see if the firmware turns up..

fhussain , the v3.5.35 and v3.5.37 are older first generation firmwares. i guess most manufacturers are now manufacturing the v9.0.xx series instead.
