Hello to all...newbie here with legit 4 GB chIpod
 

Just as the topic line says.....I just recieved my 4 gigabyte chIpod mp4....It is the 1.5 inch version with standard headphone jack ,It came in a black box with red graphics and magnetic endflaps...$76.89 (total w/shipping ect)

And so far i have had 3 gig on it with no corruption or issues at all.

I have NOT tried to format but the format utility says this...

total sectors:8017585

I have 2.90 GB on it right now...pictures...movies and mp3's and all is well.
Running winxp also btw.

Ok i formatted the beastie and all is well so far i am putting the 3 gig worth of stuff back onto it now...looks to be a true 4 GB (formatted to 3.82 GB)

congrats lol. nice to see people getting what they paid for.

could you give more details like where you bought it and from which seller?

I played mp3's at max volume(31) on headphones(rca type) and the battery lasted 4 1/2 hours with backlight OFF....in 5 seconds setting. Almost made it till lunch 8o)

this is a brand new player (battery cycled maybee twice)
