Full Metal Platinum Frozen when loading.
 

Hi, i got two full metal platinum with problem, they freezes on loading screen. When i turn it off and tur n it on again same happens. When i try to connect it with pc same happens, i can't do anything on it, can someone help me ?

Try this method, leave the player "on" hanging at the loading screen until the battery runs flat and switches off by itself, it might take a few hours.
Next, charge up the player again and see if the problem still occurs. What this does is sort of doing a "reset" to the player.

If it does not solve the problem, i'll suggest you contact the seller for an exchange or refund. As it could be a more problematic hardware/firmware issue.
