I messaged a whole bunch of 4GB buyers from this seller and directed them to the "removing hack" instructions in this forum. I can confirm that this seller is indeed selling 2GB as 4GB players. I am extremely pissed and have already sent him my threat e-mail: refund me in 24 hrs or I will post a negative telling the world his "secret" and emailing all past and future buyers of his, informing them that ckkexpress has sold them a hacked player, and threatening to open Ebay and Paypal disputes if he doesn't comply. I'm not sure what else to do at this point, does anyone have any thoughts?

it's enough. you'll get your money!

Also, ask him to withdraw the transaction "buyer & seller mutually agree not to complete the transaction" or mark it as "goods returned", so that you don't get a non payment strike.

Okay, I've gotten a response from him:

hi friend ,
thanks for your letter.
but sorry for that bad news!
we of course ship what our customers want !
and if you are dissatisfied we can give you a replacement or refund your money!
please do not call me swindler!
we are doing business honestly with our customers!
we confirmed your payment yesterday and will ship your item within 48 hours!
please kindly wait for your item !
thanks !
waiting for your good news!

I told him that I'd rather him not send it at all and just give me my full refund...but it looks like he's set on shipping it. I will definitely demand a 50% refund when I receive it and it turns out to be 1.9 GB. Sigh. From the sound of their e-mails, it does seem like these sellers are all the same person, doesn't it??

Surprise! I have received yet another message from "4GB" seller:

Dear friend
Don't worry .The item you have won is atual 4GB player.
And the item has been sent to the post office processing to dispatch...
If you do not want the item, you can refuse to pick it up,then the post office will be return it to me automatically.

Please don't worry. I have shipped a 4GB player.
If there is any problem of the player, you can let me know and there will be a solution .

He sounds so nice that I really want to believe him. haha.
So I suppose there's nothing I can do now except wait to receive it, format it, and THEN file a dispute. The deadline to file a paypal/ebay dispute won't have passed in say, 2 weeks, is that right? And if I still want to keep it after seeing that it's 2GB, how would I go about that? I would ideally like a 50% refund if it turns out to be hacked, so would that just be between me and the seller? Could I involve Ebay/Paypal in that case? Thanks everyone :-)

well.. good luck!
what you paid for is actually a 2GB. but you never know, sometimes sellers don't mind loosing money in one deal, so he may just send a real one to you!
