Which Equaliser do you use?

I was wondering which equaliser is most commonly used by mp4 player users and which is the best one? Is there a best one?

I use the Jazz setting on my nano-clone. I like the louder bass effect.

On my T29 I prefer to use RBS setting, nice bass and treble settings.

Jazz for great bass, and rock for Great bass and high trebble effect: note use only when you want to explode your eardrums with highs.
