it came with a 2.5mm headphone jack, but the unit was bundled with 2.5 to 3.5 audio cord converter. If it were made with a 3.5mm jack, then the player would have been thicker.

So i made a mistake, after talking to my guy i found out the player uses 2 4GB chips, not the 1 8GB chip, apparently what he was talking about was that in future they are going to use 1 8GB chip.

_Odyssey you are correct about the memory, 8G represents 8Gb and not 8GB, but i was wrong in reading the number, it's not 8G bu BG, i just couldn't tell the first time.

The correct number is K9HBG08U1M, which is 4GB, now the second mistake is that i didn't see the second 4GB chip, so i reopened the player and took pics of it, so below is the correct pic verifying a 8GB player, sorry for all the previous confusion.

8GB PIC (CORRECT!)

Click the image to open in full size.

Again you can verify that K9HBG08U1M is a 4GB chip from:

&

Again i am sorry for the confusion, i am going to edit my previous posts so not to cause anymore confusion.

wow, nice to see that 8gb players finally exist FOR REAL. I'm not planning to get one but this will be good news for people who want more storage on an actions chipset player. We all appreciate your effort to confirm this for us, razzer001. Thanks. Also, with the extra storage, have you encountered slowness if you fill the player to its capacity?

I haven't been able to see any slowness with the player when filled to capacity, the only slowness is when you check the memory in the setup tool, this can take about 30secs to show how much memory has been used.
