The picture below is of the Front and Back of the same piece with the white paper covering the glue that you peel off the back before applying it to your Player.

Just to let everyone know I started out today with 100 of these and now have 49 left. I will keep editing this post with the quantity until they are all gone. When they are all sold I will also make a donation to the site. So come on people fix those broke ChiPod's!. :lol:

do you replace the "outside glass shell thing"?

You follow the normal steps first to take apart your player and do away with your broken screen. Then you put the player back together and stick this over the front of it. That's it, glass is fixed and it covers the whole front so if your chipod was all scratched up it now looks new. In case you have a 2nd generation you just cut this piece to fit inside the gap your old screen was in. Usually right above the click wheel opening or right below were it says DIGITAL MP4 PLAYER. Look at the pic's you'll see what I mean!. I have these in 1.5" and 1.8" sizes.
