Re: Another eBay Hack Warning Idea Bites The Dust
if ebay is going after his listings, its not because of the hacks. its because of the link to the black list and specically the ads on that page.
Ebay doesn't allow listings that have links that are to a web page with a ebay ad that directs to person back into ebay.
If the ads were taken down from say the blacklist page or a page explaining what a hack is, then that would be ok. Even just a few pages, if its possible, to take down the ads would help honest sellers and those that want to get the word out about hacks.
And how much would the forum loose in revenue if the ads were taken down in just a few pages, say 3 at the most?
hey good for AlbertaSatellite for giving a go at it. has my respect for stepping up to the plate. sorry to see it coming to an end.
