UXCell Full Metal Platinum 1.5 - 1GB - 9.0.48

ATJ2093H chip

Mine has frooze on the hour glass. I've tried all the firmware files in the Actions 9.x.x section of this site, but with no success.

Please use this tool (ATJUpload4.0 Beta) to get firmware from your working FMP:

It turns out that this tool only works for 9.0.43

I finally got a working Firmware here

but the screen looks scrambled, as though its for a different size.

That one is different because it's v9.0.49 and it's for a 1.8 inch screen not 1.5. So the display would be scrambled. I've sent them a email stating that fact so maybe they'll put the right one up soon.

Uxcell have revamped their download site:

They've even added an idiot proof movie showing how to upgrade the firmware. Probably especially for me, as they don't believe me when I try to explain that the file for the FMP 1.5 is wrong.

There's now 2 firmware versions in this zip file:

but both still have a screen size of 128 x 160. Should be 128 x 128?

Holy crap dude!.. it's works!

A while ago my FMP 1.5 died, just a couple of weeks after a friends did. I just thought "meh.. typical cheap crap.. i knew it wouldn't last long"

So i was just using it as a pen drive to transport files between home and work. (dept. of education won't buy me a new USB pen drive for my work and i'm stuck with an old pissy 128mb)

Thanks man, you know what this means? We can theme our FMP's now :lol:
