Mp4 player battery lasts 1.5 hours

Hi,

I bougth an 8gb mp4 player at Ebay but it was just a 2gb player. In addtion to this battery lasts just 1.5 hours having charged 1 day... That's what I call a real fraud...

I have noticed when chargin the player that my screen is working all the time. I have tried to set up the screen to get black when charging but I wasn't able.

I bougth the player to mp4plus2007, does anyone one how to solve battery duration problems? I can't do anything about capacity but at least i'd like my mp4 battery to last longer.

My firmware seems to be Daxia Sense. Core:act91n_0.5. Date:2006-10-30. Fw: srx-1.5c-006. Date: 2006-12-10

I was able to set my screen black when playing music but i'm not when listengin to radio or charging?

Any idea?

if you bought your player off ebay and used paypal to pay for it, i wouldn't bother with the battery. you can file a claim with paypal for the item not being as described.

most hack sellers will offer you a partial refund. its part of the scam hoping you'll go away quietly. i would ask for all my money back including the shipping charge to return the hacked player. if the seller refuses, escullate the paypal claim and let paypal handle it. and since you can prove you bought a 8GB that's only a 2GB, your chances of winning the claim and getting your money back are pritty good.

i would buy another player from a trusted seller.

I have a claim with paypal and waiting for seller response. He email me suggesting a partial refund of 5 pounds directy to my email not using paypal mail. I didn't reply and i have to wait to 3rd june.

Should i reply his mail or waiting for a response by paypal?If he doesn't reply i will win.

I think paypal charge 25€ to you if you win. Having into account that i paid 33€ for my player. I will be refund with 8€...but i prefer this.

Is there any trusted seller?
