has any had any luck finding a small battery in the 29mm x 23mm x 4mm range?

i have checked the shuffle batteries, however the largest i found was 300mah.

I am looking for something larger mah and not have much luck on ebay.

Not exactly a replacement battery, but for those that are unsure about their soldering ability, something like this (2400Mah Li-Ion rechargeable USB charger @ $13.83 delivered) is a good deal to extend battery life when away from an USB port. It's quite small and doesn't weigh all that much, but can obviously be somewhat impractical to lug around unless you're carrying a bag for work/school anyway.

I have ordered one of these, a bit like the Power Monkey, well worth the money and a good deal cheaper than the Power Monkey

i was thinking of changing my chipod's battery too...I have a ipod nano second gen clone and i was wondering if an Ipod Nano replacement battery would fit in the case...?

Sylar, it should. However, the only way to know for sure is to open your player up and find out how big the battery is and how much room is in there.

My Power Backup came, in just over a week from Hong Kong.

Good price for around £7.50 from http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.3060 and works very well indeed.

So if some of you guys want extra battery power on the move.

Then I would recommend buying one of these, just a good as the Power Monkey, but a lot less in cost. The power monkey sells in the UK for around £29.00, and around £26.00 on E Bay.

Edit

Forgot to mention that I paid by Pay Pal which made it easy
