Is there any mp4 player that can play flash files?

some play .swf files yes , The clix does and a few other branded ones do

Erm , I belive a few creative players do... The Iriver clix v1 and v2 play flash games , The meizu M6 was supposedly gonna come out with firmware updates to do , as it is perfectly capable... Just do a quick google search , The players are capable of playing flash lite 2.0 which is an eqavilent to flash basically

I have a player that plays .swf flash files. However, it's more of a PMP (portable media player) rather than an MP4, 'Chipod' player. I will post some pictures of it once I did it out from my cupboard.

I only have one player that can of 10+ different players I have so it's quite rare.

Players using the solution from Spansion should flash, and at least some of them fall into the 'cheap & generic' category. Here's one. However, I haven't seen many of them around (been looking to pick one up).

Or did you mean flash video? If so, Rockchip players including the Onda VX979/989 can play it.
