Fake iPhone found

Lol, I went to the mall today and found a fake iPhone being sold. So I googled to get more info about it and found these 2:

There is loadsa iphone look-a-likes around , try the M8 , probably the best one avaibable (Better thatn iphone)

Where can you get a M8? Are they even out yet?

I found some swell iphone clones on ebaY, but they don't work in US..

I think the release date is the towards the end of the year.

...for starters most of these (apart from the M8) are not phones, just MP4 players.

Secondly the design of the iphone itself is not unique - it looks like a hundred other pda phones (O2) out there...considering the iPhone isn't even 3G its already outdated in comparison to Nokia, SE, samsungs phones and completely outclassed by the stuff coming out of Korea.
