Ebay pull listings again

After having all the anti scammers listings pulled by Ebay overnight, I relisted four this morning. Now they have been pulled also. I put another couple on this afternoon and they are still there. This is the main thing they were unhappy about

"REAL NANOS DONT PLAY VIDEO OR MP4s. ANY NANO LISTINGS THAT CLAIM THEY ARE VIDEO PLAYERS ARE SCAMS!!!!
matsfactory, alee_115, tinayinyin, tkmaxes and mastert-26 do not sell NANOS, they sell MP4 players at at least twice the price you would pay elsewhere on Ebay!!! "

I have removed that from the listings that are left (2) and wait to see what happens.

You do get a chance to reply to what has happenned and I replied with the following,

Message: Hi,
You have removed 4 of my listings for including facts about sellers who are
selling counterfeit Apple Nanos. "Ipod, Nano and Apple" are trademarks of the
Apple Corporation. I have reported these listings hundreds of times. I have
reported the current listings that are using these trademarks illegaly to you
and you dont do anything about it. Please inform me if I am wrong to say that
these listings are fraudulant and I will stop wasting my time reporting them. I
am trying to uphold the values of Ebay of fair trade. Time after time I have
seen new Ebay members with zero feedback being fleeced of their money in this
way. They think they are getting a genuine Apple product and they are not. Apple
Nanos do not play video of any description. All the listings I reported do. The
very same MP4 players can be bought on Ebay for about one third of the price
that these are going for. The only difference is that no trademarks are used in
the listing title in the honest listings. I just get so frustrated that you dont
seem to act on reports of listing violations.

I will remove the offending words that you have pointed out to me.
Another very annoying thing for me is that you get one complaint from an Ebay
member who has never bought or sold anything on Ebay and you act on it. I as a
member of long standing complain about obvious listing violations and you do
nothing.
I will also be copying this message and forwarding it to counterfeit@apple.com
along with the circunstances which led to me having these listings removed
unless you reply to me with a good reason why I should not.

:( I think the end may be nigh :(

Re: Ebay pull listings again

I'm sorry robjones :( . You did SUCH a good job though and I'm sure you helped many people avoid the scam. I know it feels like you're banging your head against a wall in terms of eBay doing anything, but you've gotten somewhere at least. Keep up the great work, and if eBay pulls your listings for good, at least take comfort in the fact that you've informed dozens about scamming sellers. This is the reason why I voted for you in "Most Helpful Member."

I`m not quite finished yet, if the two listings are still there tomorrow night I will relist another half dozen or so. When they pull your listings you do get your money back so the money is there to be used. Thanks for your support in the vote princessanne, I really apreciate it. Nice gesture.

Well, I have taken the plunge and relisted another 5 with another 4 scheduled for the 8PM slot in the UK. I have removed the wording they complained about and moved the listings to the "Info - how to" section which doesn`t seem to make a lot of difference. The listings still show up with the right searches. We`ll see what happens tomorrow. I am not beaten yet.
