I too agree with makd511 and lattesurf.

Seems more like a 'touch' type and that the menus changed when the thumb actually touch over the <<and>> buttons. The click wheel on an iPod moves along the menus with each movement around the wheel and not just at the <<and>> buttons.

As a paid in full, card carrying sceptic when it comes to all things chipod I would have to agree with "makd511".

It appears to me from the video that a fair amount of pressure is being applied to the so called "clickwheel" at the << >> points as the thumb is scrolled around. It is also only at these points that we see the volume changes.

I find I can emulate the video with a standard clone just by doing the same at the appropriate points as my thumb moves around.

once again YZ thanks for the video
but i am afraid i am still not convinced this is a rue ipod style wheel
i see what you are doing in the video and it certainly looks as though it works in a similar way but i am sure that, underneath the wheel is noting more than touch sensitive buttons like on teclast players etc..

you will forgive our skepticism on this site but we are used to claims on these players being some what exaggerated or even totally false (fake memory size is a biggee)

if you truly have an ipod like touchwheel in this device then send one to admin on this site and let him review it, it would do you no harm to do this and would be great for you as a supplier to have the seal of approval from this very respected site

BTW one of the reasons people on this site are a little wary of claims like this is demonstrated on your web site on the following page about the model M2003

http://www.yzdigital.com/ProductsView.Asp?id=53

here you show a pic of a meizu M6 and right below that pic a different player altogether.

things like this make us suspect people like you are not as honest as you may be. i suggest you take your own pics of your players rather than picking up images that we have seen all over the web for last couple of years

Yikes! I didn't expect you guys to weigh in personally on this issue. Welcome YZ! Personally, I'm convinced that the pad works as advertised. I'll definitley be including some in my order. Thanks for speaking up, Zoe.

ok here are the pictures. It's 6.5 mm width, and the screen is 4.5 cm diagonal which roughly equates to 1.77 inches.

Looks pretty darn close. Rounded corners, so not flat like the 1st generation ones. Sorry about the size, not used to posting images

Actually by the ruler in the pic I can see that the player is exactly 8mm thick so it's definitely not what we're discussing since that one is 6.5mm. I'll post a report once I receive mine.

This is the picture about the thickness of our Nano 2 style MP4 with touch wheel for your reference.

The solution is ROCKCHIP and it is better than ACTION solution.
