MyMPx.org - Chipod Version 2

I couldn't help myself and bought another Chipod. 2Gig'er.

2nd generation unit. Looks like a real nano now with a 1.8" screen. Newer version of the firmware, and does not work with the S1fwx software so I can't post the latest code yet. Tried s1fxw V3.0 - v3.2 software, and none of them would pull the firmware off properly.

Has a larger usb cable, and 3.5mm stereo plug on bottom of unit. (Silver), 4 games, and different record options (Voice, FM, and mp3). Includes the telephone book application and FM Radio.

Other version that I had was the 1st generation, but the battery life of the unit even when the device was off lasted about 8 hours sleep time, and got annoyed.

There seems to be two different firmware versions (many more than that), but the 1.5" vs 1.8" 1st generation I found that the sleep/off mode on the 1.5 would keep the time, and not drain the battery, where as the 1.8 1st gen model would just die, so I would have to reset the clock every time.

Now with the new unit (3rd one now)

Seems to have resolved the battery issue compared to the older 1.8 device, and has 4 games that work.

More pictures and firmware later once I can pull it off properly
