PlayFX in Chinese players (so called chIpods)

I've downloaded and installed the latest version of firmware for Teclast C260.
This version (01.10.0001), have added technology PlayFX, developed by Microsoft to be used in their game consoles. This seems to be a joint venture between Microsoft China and Rockchip, as all players based on this chip are planning to implement this effect in their firmware.
Main attributes of PlayFX are 3D on earphones, bass enhancement and volume level control.

I am testing the effect and result is really impressive, normally I use my Teclast in level 20 of 40, I have needed to reduce it to 15 and still sound powerful, with no sign of distortion, high level frequencies sound crystal clear, bass is extremely powerful and deep, midrange is perfectly balanced and precisely defined.

I am the one who believe that Chinese players have choose to make the difference putting in their device the best sound they can get. This is a real demonstration of that. The sound of my pure rockchip player is simply impressive!!

This PlayFX have been announced too in Onda players... I am eagerly waiting this implementation in my Onda VX858 which with its Wolfson DAC together with this awesome effect will surely produce a even better sound that actually has. From another planet!!!

looked on onda site and for the 858LE and 878 they have firmware updates that implement PlayFX

but no update yet for the 878 with wolfson - i wonder if it is not possible to put PlayFX on a player when audio is sent to another chip (the wolfson)- its just weird that they have not yet introduced it to your player

I've read in Onda BBS that next VX858 firmware will be a major improvement, adding beside PlayFX, functions like managing of playlists ergo of ID3, date and time, tools like stopwatch and calendar.
Just don't forget that is a touchscreen environment that surely requires more coding.
