Any other method of checking out the true memory of mp4?

I need to know if there's any other way to check the real memory of the mp4. I downloaded how to remove hack memory and it's not working out for me. It won't let me move the slider on the Partition and Encrypt tab.

The memory hack removal process only works on players that use Action chips. If the hack removal process is not working for you then your player may not be Action based. Memory hacking is a problem generally found only on Action based players so if your player is using a Rockchip, Sunplus etc. chiptype then it is highly unlikely that it will be hacked.
