Celltech CT221 MP4 FIRMWARE

Hi,
I bought a CELLTECH mp4 player CT 221, It worked wellfor only
about one hour, then it didn't responed at all. My PC COUDN'T RECOGNIZES IT. I need the lateset firmware for it.
Would you please send it to me

romilong , do you remember your previous working firmware version? Or else you'll need to open your player to identify the processor's serial number.

I don't have any idea about the firm ware before........... do u think i need to open it to get the serial number?
