Has anyone used tinydeal.com?
I was wondering if anyone has ordered from Tinydeals.com? Any pros or cons? How is their shipping?
I read a link yesterday about MP4Nation where someone was concerned that the OP was just trying to drum up interest in that site. That is not what I am doing I promise, I actually found out about tinydeal from a listing in this forum, but haven't seen any info on if they are good or bad. And finally a huge THANKS!!!! to whoever started this site, I recently bought a 3rd gen nano clone off ebay and was able to remove the hack thanks to the great info here! |

I ordered (2) Unlocked 3.2"TFT PDA I9+++ MP3 FM Mobile Phone P07-I92 - These phones did not have the features as displayed on the advertisement.
With the pretenses of resolving my issues, TinyDeal dragged the communication beyond the deadline to file a claim with PayPal. TinyDeal requested the phones to be returned for full refund including (return) shipping via e-mail. Upon receiving the return, TinyDeal refused to refund the shipping amount and partially refunded the purchase price. Basically, failed to keep their written promise of full refund per documented e-mail. TinyDeal is extremely unresponsive and would occasionally reply with a one-word answer to a list of concerns. TinyDeal violates all rules of customer service and professional courtesy. I will never do business with them again! BUYER BEWARE! |
I ordered mp4 (8gb) from their site about a year ago. I received it but one of the memory chip (4gb) was broken, so I had usable 4gb of internal memory. I kept sending them emails and they refunded some of the money.
Also I ordered a phone from there, the package contained two batteries (one additional) and one was broken. Besides that its ok. |
I can offer a positive experience. A few years back I ordered a iPod Touch like MP4 player, 4GB or 8GB (can't remember) for £40. The memory was genuine and it was a nice player to use with good radio reception and video playback also.
Was perfectly happy with it until some bas*ard stole it from my car, since then I've had a genuine Nsno and iPhone so no need for an MPX player. However I wanted a NES game player, as these come as MP4 players I have logged in here to see what info I can find |
A friend of mine made an order for $600 for 5x cellphones from TinyDeal. The package has been hold in Polish customs office for some unknown reason and after a month returned back to China. He has the tracking ID for this package and it says that it has been delivered to China, but the shop says it didn't receive it and therefore they can't give him his money back.
600 dollars flushed in a toilet. And the communication with them was awful. They don't seem to understand English properly. Actually I've been emailing with TinyDeal for my friend (he doesnt speak english) and they are really a peace of crap. This is the last email I have received from them: Quote:

replay to Flasher 86
It seems that there are many unlucky friends here, huh! But the bad luck has never fell on my head, as I have bought a cellphone, an MP5 player, and a game emulator through Tinydeal.com since last yearend without any trouble, except that the shipping is a little bit too long. Flasher86 is right that the sellers do not use English very well, or you can say they were speaking English in a entertaining way. But I believe that the sufferings of Flasher86 were true, as no e-commerce companies can assure absolute security.
