Re: Anyone knows this PMP player?
jcberedo,
I have a few portable media players. Similar looking case-wise. Without any branding, it's hard to know who made them or the chip used. A lot of the Chinese manufacturers get generic OEM casing, boards and chipsets and put them together and label themselves as 'manufacturers'. Needless to say, a lot of these 'manufacturers' close shop after about a year. Surprisingly enough, more open up straight after.... coincidence....? What would you like to know about your player? I'll see if I can help from experience with my own PMP players. |

Hmmm... is my player firmware upgradable and can i replace the harddrive with a new one? |
jcberedo , firmware upgrades are usually not recommended as it is 99% more likely to brick it instead.
Your player should be using a micro harddisk drive, which can be bought from some computer hardware stores. Unless you are having problems with your player, i'll suggest not doing anything to the firmware or harddisk. |
