2 different MP4 Nation sites?

So I have been looking for the Optimus Touch for a cheaper price than what www.mp4nation.net has ($109 + $6.50 shipping). I went on google today and typed in "Optimus Touch". I received a link to a page on MP4 Nation but the layout was completely different and the player was $4 less!!! It seems that all of their players are cheaper. Here is the link I have seen:

Ok, just realized it's a new store opened by MP4 Nation. I went to the original site and saw they were debuting their new site.
