What Chipset is this?

I'm considering buying this MP4 because of the touch pad and the looks. I'm pretty hesitant because I don't know the chipset though. I think it kind of looks like an Action chipset but I'm not sure. Can anyone verify it?

Hi, I have experience with these particular players, yes, they are actions players.

To be honest, they are great players, the touch button is a nice feature.
