What type of MP4 Player is this?

Hi i bought this Mp4 Player from eBay

It is in german but the most important stuff is understandable

It looks like this one but there are some differences

so what type of Mp4 chip is this?

The description of the player on the eBay link saids it plays "AMV" videos. This means it's an ACTIONS chipset based player.
