Looking for a Video In (AV-In) recording player

Hiyas, I've been looking around for a player that can also record videos through a video-in option. I know the big names like Cowon A3 and Archos 705 can record, but they are bit hefty in price and was looking into the Chinese made players. There are just so many models, and some of their descriptions are so vague, plus some are less/more reputable than others.

I'm using the digital video recording so I can attach it to a bullet helmet camera. The few reviews of recording capable players I found, most of them say the player's compression is too high and has problem with fast motion without pixelating. Can anyone here give a few suggestions in a good player that can also record video through a line-in? Thanks!
