New firmware for teclast c260 clone?

Hello everybody.

Just bought a C260 clone (4GB), with customized firmware (logo of seller).
No firmware on CD.
Difference from original C260 are speaker and additional power-on button (round and small) on top.
I tried recovery mode button sequence and it worked.

Details on motherboard are:
HTC-022b-rk-v2
2007-07-18 CHEN

On chip:
Rockchip
RK2608A-B
On memory
HYNIX
HY27UV08BG5M
TPCB 805A

Someone have firmware for it?

Hi niel68,

Is there anything wrong with your player at the moment that is making you want to find a firmware for it?

If not, then I would recommend staying away from trying to update the firmware on your player. You only need to look at the [Dead Players] section of the forum to see what I mean.

Thanks, I'm aware of the risk about 'blind' update.
I have no problem at the moment, and I don't have any intention to update it.
If maybe someone have a similar player with a firmware disk it would be nice to get in contact with him.
