no and yes

its price is about right for a 4gb unit, but for a few quid more you could get a more advanced and more moder chnese based player in 8gb format

it looks like a teclast t39 but it is the basic verison (rockchip)

go to one of the dedicated mp4 sellers advertising ion this site for a comparison
