failing screens, broken ports - oh dear sumvision

Sumvision there players are cheap for what you get defiantly. But some of their products are built way bellow sub standard to get this price available to you. True they will fix any problems and give the good support you want so are still worth getting if your wiling to risk loosing it for a week after you get it to have it replaced.

Now having had 3 sumvision players and having them all sent to be fixed i thought the world should know. the 1st two broke at the same time i purchased one for me and one for my girlfriend. Mine the audio port stooped working, closely followed by the usb, as it was now broken i though i would investigate the rattling sound that had surpassed me about this player and surprise surprise there was 2 screws on the inside that were supposed to be holding the board down. my girlfriend just plain died - contacting the company i managed to get both of these fixed free of charge - i had had enough now and decided the screen wasn't big enough and wanted more space.

The sumvison ice seemed a good bet for this with 8gb of space a touch screen and surprisingly good quality video. It arrived i was thrilled drove to Cornwall watching blade 3 in the back, the games were good and fun, the touch screen really responsive even though reviews had said it was not. Good buy i was thinking then a week to the day i got it, wait the touch screen isn't working. Currently waiting to have enough money to send it back and get it fixed (have been assured will also be free) i write this letting you know.

There good but there badly put together

my kpac's earphone slot wasn't working properly so they sent me a new one and then that one had the same fault.
