Default Hah, I'm back looking for a player...

Whats out there for around $100, little more lil less? I need something that is reliable and such. I know I was around here last time looking for stuff but whats out now? I don't want to use my iPod video..
I dont necessarly need video play back. I don't really have alot of songs, but would like a good bit of space.
Would like to have some earbuds or smaller earphones with alot of bass, since I listen to bass tracks and rap and such.

for $100 you can get quite a bit

for the best sound
meizu M6 SL, or for a smaller player the M3 - both excellent players

8gb can be got for 115$

meizu are excellent build and really good on sound ... REALLY good

or if a branded player is not to your liking there are may cheap 8gb players out now for around 60-70$, but all of these are basically mp4 players with larger screens, touch screens etc etc

check out these places for branded players
www.mp4nation.net
www.allpmp.net

or for some cheap, no brand (no updates/support) player (only the ones linked as they are the latest

also invest in one of these mini amp boosters - they boost player quality and volume up massively, i have one and they are really goo

so really for 100$ you can get a hell of a lot, probably more than you actually need, and if video is not important

i will say though, go for a platyer with the newer rockchip chip as the sound is really good on those

I'll be playing music the most, videos probably not so much. I'm not sure what I'll get. I'll need a case and stuff. I'm probably looking for something with some features and things.
I don't want to just buy something and be dissatisfied.

what about this ?

I got my old 5.5G 80GB Apple iPod to work again. We'll see how long it lasts, I barely used it since 2006 when I bought it. I might buy a new case for it from eBay.

I really do like the 8GB S:Flo. Its a very nice looking player.
It isn't expandable, correct?

no, that is the one thing people are really down on, no SD slot, but those that have bought it even though it has no slot are still well pleased, but yeah, people really want to see a SD slot at some point
