Heyo, is there a tool for Linux to extract the Firmware of a MP3 Player?

Eh I'll get the Nano 3G Clone.
Can't say more at the moment.

I thought the tools would be the same for all Players.

If it has Actions chipset and SDK35F firmware, then you can try s1fwx.

s1fwx is open-source and should be possible to port to Linux.
