damaged
either something is wrong with the files or your computer USB posrt may be wrong

one thing to try is to format the mp4 player memory
find the drive letter for the player and right click and select format option, format to fat 32 and see if this helps

where did you get the music files from .. downloaded or ripped them yourself

maybe corrupted memory on the player

what happens on the player itself, does the player throw up error messages when selecting files

I rip the music my self and its 100% ok with the files.there are know error messages when selecting. the songs are playing and in some parts of the songs its getting trick there is some noise like error in the song and its continuing to play. same is for pictues some are 100 % good some are showed 70 % of the picture .
Same and for videos.

But i notice that isn't from the files cause sometimes the same song pic or video that is good when its in the player its getting the same problem when i put it in the player after format for example.

You may have a dying NAND flash.

If you can/know someone that can solder, a new flash chip is cheap and relatively easy to replace. You *will* have to reflash the firmware though.

Otherwise, it's going to cost you more than the player is worth.

I'd put my money on bad soldering on the memory chip.

Any chance of returning the player to the seller for exchange or refund?
