hello i received a kingzon rk27sdk and the touchscreen doesnt work very well and also it is not possible to install the software wich is deliverd on the cd my computer have dedected a troyan horse so is there sombody who can help tanx

you dont need the software from cd, player works without it

also, why is it bad screen, can u link us to the player or sale please

if it is really bad then send it back would be the best thing to do

I've got the same problem. I've got a 8gb mp4 3'' RK27SDK player. But the touchscreen is not working well. for example, when i touch on the music icon, it goes to video, the whole touchscreen area is messed up! But i don't have cd or something like that.. :( I want to know how to fix this.

you do not need the CD, you need to do the screen calibration to make sure the touch screen is set up properly, go into settings and select the option from there, you will get a one color screen with some crosses on, select each cross as it appears

And is it normal that that takes more than 10 min? Because i'm still not finished....

ni its not normal at all

I had this problem also when I bought the mp4, I did the touch calibration and then the problem was sovled. But when i reseted it (because the frimware update), the problem showed up again... so i tried touch calibrating again, but that didn't work (it took very long).
After putting it on and off a few times, the screen was normal again... problem solved :D i just hope it won't happen again.

Use a stylus and tab on the middle of the X if you use your finger it won't work because the touchscreen is not made for fingers but for Styluses
