anyone know why music is at bolth earbuds, but i only hear left channel info? i tried all eq and sound settings available!

my only option is 2 get mono mp3's..

I guess the player is either mono (unlikely but possible) or they soldered both sides of the headphone jack to the left channel. The only way to find out is to pop it open and examine soldering.

thanks, that is exactly the way it sounds, when listening to it. i pulled out the old rio and returned the other befofe it was too late. good-day friend!
