The same thing was with me, when I've installed Vista.
But after a two-three weeks I've realized that
it's worse than XP, but have already bought the licence
and can't return to the past.
So, I'm saving for Macbook Pro (very hard, 2000$ is a big money).
That's why I've bought a no-branded player instead of iPod.
Yes, Macs are good, because there're no computers that are so powerful,
but a lot of no-branded players can do the same things that iPods, but much more cheaper.
P.S. Please, let's go back to players-related topics,
that's better than wasting time to change someone's mind,
it's too hard and can't be changed at this topic.
To feel the difference, please, find somebody who have the Mac and try to use.
Or go to Apple's store, another option to try for free.
