Which Mp3 players will scroll songs during playback?

Can anyone tell me which Mp3 players have the ability to scroll through songs while one is playing, and the ability to do playlists? (And I mean an Mp3 player, not the high dollar Ipod....)

Bought my stepdaughter a 'Chi-pod' a couple of years ago, it's been great, but it's time for something else. She wants something that will allow her to scroll through her songs while a song is playing, and playlist ability would be nice too.

I see hundreds of Mp3 players on Ebay, but I thinking they're all about the same as the one she's been using....no ablilty to scroll while a song is playing. Anyone know if any of the Mp3 players on Ebay (Or Wal-Mart) have this ability? The one on Ebay that looks like an Iphone looks cool, but I'm assuming it's exactly the same as her old 'Chi-Pod'.

Thanks in advance.

The budget would be a low as possible and still have scrolling through the song list while playing a song..... :):):)

I don't even have a problem with the inexpensive 'Chi-pods' if they would do what I want...that's what she's been using for 2 years, and other than the fact that it wouldn't scroll while playing, it's been great.

Any suggestions you have would be appreciated, starting with cheaper and getting more expensive.

Thankx!

Any Rockchip player will do fine. If you want something more classy try a Meizu or one of the new Rockchips with Flash menus.
