pmp/mp4 software update

guis, first of all, so sorry about my poor english, I got a pmp/mp4 1gFM
now I need to know how to update it software.

with a .doc file that cames together it says press and hold menu button and connect to usb. so... I tried so many keys. keys combinations.

could anyone help me please?

Why do you want to update, is the player not working properly?

If it works OK i suggest not to update, if done incorrectly you could kill your player...

Do you know what chipset the player is as the method varies depending on this

my pmp/mp4 does´nt connect at my windows xp as webcam. does anyone knows how to connect ?
